The homeowners wanted a sleek kitchen space that
would accommodate a young family.
They envisaged a combination of textures, finishes
and colours that would work together to create a modern,
yet inviting, area for entertaining.
Maximum bench space and easy storage access
were priorities, as were striking tones and sharp, clean
They also wanted reliable and e cient amenities -
pieces that wouldn't date. A wine fridge, spice racks and
preparation bowl were at the top of the "must-have list."
The Kitchen Factory created a warm and welcoming
kitchen with clean lines and hints of character.
The design features all the latest fittings and
accessories, including Alifrost aluminium overheads,
a stainless steel laminate kickboard, red glass splashbacks
and an open wine box display.
Natural Red Cherry laminex and Espresso lacquer
door combinations provide a dynamic contrast against
the Iced Snow Caesarstone bench tops.
The kitchen appears seamless with its straight lines
and well-hidden amenities.
A concealed microwave island, pull-out bottle and
spice racks, and a built-in wine fridge are not only
functional, but seamless and space-e ective as well.
The breakfast bar is a central feature of the design with
its undermount preparation bowl and feature "waterfall"
Cabinet downlights soften the space -- as do the whiter
touches in the bench tops, cupboard doors and bar stools.
Every detail in this stunning space oozes appeal. Open
plan to the main living and entertainment area means the
cool, edgy vibe continues throughout. The final result:
sleek, striking and family-friendly.
