Adecade has passed since WA GlassKote
first introduced splashbacks to WA,
and in that time it has grown to become
the largest coloured-glass specialist in Perth.
GlassKote is a permanent colour-fixing process
for glass that uses computer colour-matching
tools and a unique additive that can be applied
to all types of glass.
WA GlassKote’s new facility in Landsdale
incorporates highly sophisticated machinery
including three computer cutters and a tempering
furnace. This allows the company to produce every
aspect of the splashback from beginning to end,
ensuring the highest-quality product and greater
accuracy and efficiency.
WA GlassKote’s exclusive tinting service grants
the company access to more than 2000 colours.
The team is also able to provide greater colour
accuracy with the Clarity range that uses Starphire
glass, offering an extra-clear effect without the
usual ‘green hue’ look of ordinary glass.
WA GlassKote is very excited to announce the
release of two new initiatives.
GraphiKoteTM is the company’s newest creation
and has been in the making for some years.
GraphiKoteTM offers you the opportunity to
digitally embed any image or graphic on to glass.
The options are endless and range from
turning your kitchen splashback into a picture
of the Manhattan skyline, to cladding your
walls in a glass-printed wallpaper pattern.
The second exciting addition to the WA
GlassKote service is the MirrorKote range.
This new range of reflective surfaces can be
toughened and used for previously unsuitable
areas such as kitchens.
Once toughened, MirrorKote can be placed
behind a gas cooktop to become a state-of-the-art
Mirrored splashbacks give the illusion of
extra space, and are available in durable tints
of dark grey, silver and bronze.
Through the use of state-of-the-art technology, WA GlassKote offers a range
of design possiblities, including splashbacks, GraphiKoteTM and MirrorKote
