The Kitchen Factory
The Kitchen Factory difference lies in designs that are ergonomically
calculated to suit you, rather than working around a standard modular system
ithin just a few years of opening
in 1995, The Kitchen Factory
Subiaco became Western
Australia’s most awarded kitchen
With a longstanding reputation for quality and
service, the diverse team of kitchen specialists
spends time getting to know you and your style,
ideas and colour schemes.
The Kitchen Factory’s impressive portfolio of
work includes cabinetry throughout the home,
including wardrobes, laundries, studies and
entertainment units, while also specialising in
complete bathroom renovations.
Co-ordinating cabinetry to match the style of
this new home, The Kitchen Factory incorporated
clean, modern lines and simple, natural colours
with a basic white and dark trim theme.
Electric touch-opening drawer and door
systems by Blum and as many drawers as possible
were also implemented.
A basic galley shape with a return on one end
gave the kitchen a nice open feel that suited the
open-plan layout of the living area.
The island cabinets required a seating
facility, and a block end was included to give the
appearance of one big block of stone supporting
the island top. Natural wood veneers were included
to soften the basic gloss white doors.
The final requirement was a drinks cabinet at
the end of the kitchen. The acrylic-faced cabinet
has bottom-lit acrylic shelving, a mirror back and
lighting to display glassware and bottles when open.
